1Courses may be chosen from the Social Science General Electives .
2Three credits of transfer History electives are required and can be chosen from HIS 101 , HIS 102 , HIS 111 , HIS 112 , HIS 121 , HIS 122 .
3Courses may be chosen from the Transfer Humanities Electives .
4Students may choose a health, physical education, or recreation course that promotes physical and emotional well-being.
5Students may choose from the Transfer Engineering/Science Courses. The following are suggested Engineering/Science electives for specific majors: Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering: EGR 246 Mechanics of Materials ; Chemical Engineering: • CHM 112 College Chemistry II or EGR 246 Mechanics of Materials or CHM 241 /CHM 245 - Organic Chemistry I Organic Chemistry Laboratory I 5 CR; MTH 261 or higher to meet the prerequisite for MTH 263 .Students should contact their academic advisor to determine the best option for this elective.
6Students may choose from CSC 201 , ITP 120 , ITP 134, or a computer programming course as approved by the division.
